CEEMAN Program Management Seminar, March 10-12 2010, Bled (Slovenia)

The Seminar is intended for program managers and directors, as well as all those dealing with design, marketing, and delivery of educational programs, the seminar has been enjoying high demand and positive feedback for over five years now. Over 160 participants from 28 countries have participated in this program so far.
 
The program, aimed at improving operational excellence at management development institutions, will help participants to understand the complex role of the Program Manager (meeting the expectations of customers while gaining the cooperation of faculty and university leaders, integrating program development and marketing) and strengthen the leadership skills of the Program Manager (developing and motivating staff, working with faculty, and handling the pressures of the job).
Led by experienced practitioners of business education from Europe, Canada, and US, the classroom sessions, group work and engaging discussions provide a great platform for sharing experiences and gaining new insights and perspectives.
